Applications and instructions for grants awarded by Four County Community Foundation are listed below. Please download the application forms and carefully review the information provided to ensure that your application package is complete.
Especially note the deadline and number of copies that must be submitted. All applications must be received in the Four County Community Foundation office on or before the deadline date. No fax copies will be accepted.
The applications are fillable PDF forms, which require Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free online. We encourage you to download the latest version.

Four County Community Fund
Applications are for a variety of charitable purposes, for non-profits, public schools and governmental agencies.
Healthly Seniors/Healthy Youth
Applications are for projects to promote health or provide treatment for health care for senior citizens and youth. Please review the Priorities.
21st Century Education Fund Application
Application request up to $500.These grants are to provide classroom teachers with grants to benefit students. The grants are intended to fund projects in their entirety.
Kellogg Group Applications
Applications are for group grants which provide services to YOUTH. Priority will be given to projects which address the challenges identified in their recent Needs Assessment Survey. Top priorities include: Texting While Driving, Reckless Driving, Peer Pressure, Lack of Technology Resources, and Binge Drinking.
Applications are being accepted from each school building in Almont, Armada, Capac, Dryden, Imlay City, and Romeo. Every school building is only eligible for one grant application with funding up to $1,000.00. The Principal of the building shall make the determination regarding the proposed grant and shall be the authorized signer of the grant application.
